📢 The quality of our sneakers, such as (Copy 1:1/OEM), will be exactly as shown. If the quality does not meet your expectations or if there is a size issue, you can return the product to the delivery man at the time of delivery.

📢 Terms & Conditions:
1️⃣ The sneakers must not have any stains, and you must try them on while wearing socks.
2️⃣ If the tag or packaging of the sneakers is removed, the return will not be accepted.
3️⃣ You must try the sneakers in front of the delivery man. If you wish to return or exchange the product for any reason, you must hand it over to the delivery man. Once the delivery is completed, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

📢 আমাদের স্নিকারের কোয়ালিটি যেমন (Copy 1:1/OEM) দেখানো হবে, ঠিক তেমনই পাওয়ার নিশ্চয়তা থাকছে। যদি কোয়ালিটি প্রত্যাশার সঙ্গে না মেলে, বা সাইজ সমস্যা হয়, তাহলে আপনি ডেলিভারি ম্যানের কাছেই প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন করতে পারবেন।

📢 শর্তাবলী:
1️⃣স্নিকারে কোনো দাগ ফেলা যাবে না এবং অবশ্যই মোজা পরে ট্রায়াল দিতে হবে।
2️⃣ স্নিকারের সাথে থাকা ট্যাগ বা প্যাকেজিং খুললে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
3️⃣ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে ট্রায়াল দিতে হবে। কোনো কারণে প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে হলে, সেটি ডেলিভারি ম্যানের কাছেই করতে হবে। একবার ডেলিভারি হয়ে গেলে পরবর্তীতে কোনো রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

🚫 Refund Policy

Oneshoes.BD does not require any advance payment for a product; we only collect the delivery charge as per the courier service's pricing. Customers will be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

1️⃣ If we fail to deliver the ordered product due to stock unavailability.
2️⃣ If Oneshoes.BD cancels an order after informing the customer about stock unavailability.
3️⃣ If the customer cancels the order before it has been handed over to the courier service.

Oneshoes.BD reserves the right to modify or update the refund policy at any time.

If an order qualifies for a refund, the refund will be processed within 3 to 7 working days, and the amount will be refunded using the same payment method originally used by the customer.

Oneshoes.BD কোনো পণ্যের জন্য অগ্রিম অর্থ গ্রহণ করে না; আমরা কেবল কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের নির্ধারিত ডেলিভারি চার্জ গ্রহণ করি। নিম্নলিখিত পরিস্থিতিতে আমাদের গ্রাহকরা রিফান্ড পাবেন:

1️⃣ যদি আমরা স্টক সংকটের কারণে অর্ডারকৃত পণ্য সরবরাহ করতে ব্যর্থ হই।
2️⃣ যদি Oneshoes.BD গ্রাহককে স্টক সংকট সম্পর্কে জানিয়ে কোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করে।
3️⃣ যদি গ্রাহক পণ্য কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের কাছে হস্তান্তরের আগে অর্ডার বাতিল করেন।

Oneshoes.BD যে কোনো সময় রিফান্ড নীতিমালা পরিবর্তন বা সংশোধন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

যদি কোনো অর্ডার রিফান্ডের জন্য উপযুক্ত হয়, তাহলে ৩ থেকে ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন হবে এবং গ্রাহক তার প্রদত্ত অর্থ একই পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে ফেরত পাবেন।

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories intact; otherwise, it will not be eligible for return.
  • Product trials and returns must be conducted in front of the delivery person.

  • পণ্য অবশ্যই মূল প্যাকেজিং এবং সব আনুষঙ্গিক জিনিসসহ ফেরত দিতে হবে; অন্যথায়, এটি ফেরতের জন্য যোগ্য হবে না।
  • পণ্য ট্রায়াল এবং রিটার্ন অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে করতে হবে।

  • ডিসকাউন্ট বা বিশেষ অফার প্রাপ্ত পণ্যের বিনিময় করা হবে না।
  • টাকা ফেরতের (Monetary Refund) কোনো সুযোগ নেই।
