  • We do not know the exact date and time of delivery. Orders are sent via courier service, and their delivery time depends on their schedule.
  • If the courier contacts you, please coordinate with them for your preferred time and date of delivery.
  • Orders cannot be delayed and will be delivered within a maximum of 72 hours.

7. Guarantee/Warranty

  • All our products undergo thorough testing before launch to ensure longevity and durability.
  • The durability and longevity of any product depend on proper care and usage.
  • We will not be held responsible for any issues arising due to misuse or improper care of any product.

8. Exchange Conditions

  • If there is any size issue, kindly keep the pair with you, pay the bill, and notify us within 24 hours.
  • Do not return the product immediately. Once you inform us, we will arrange an exchange.
  • A new pair will be delivered, and the previous pair will be collected from you at the same time.
  • You are responsible for the delivery charge for exchanges.

9. Your Account

  • If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.

10. Pricing

  • If you have a size issue, we will exchange the product, but you must inform us within 3 days.
  • Customers are responsible for paying the delivery charge for returns.
  • You can inspect the product before making the payment.
  • We do not offer refunds after the product has been received or payment has been completed.

18. Deal and Voucher Policies

  • Each deal has specific terms, which will be presented at the time of purchase.
  • Vouchers have no cash value.
  • No cash refunds will be issued for partial redemption of a paid voucher, except as required by law.
  • No cash back or credit will be provided for partial redemption of promotional vouchers.
  • Vouchers cannot be combined with other coupons or promotions unless explicitly stated.

    • আমরা সুনির্দিষ্ট ডেলিভারি তারিখ ও সময় জানি না।
    • কুরিয়ার আপনাকে ফোন করলে, তাদের সাথে সময় ও তারিখ ঠিক করে নিন।
    • অর্ডার বিলম্বিত করা যাবে না এবং সর্বোচ্চ ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি হবে।

    ৭. গ্যারান্টি/ওয়ারেন্টি

    • আমাদের সকল পণ্য পরীক্ষা-নিরীক্ষার পর বাজারে ছাড়া হয়, যাতে পণ্যের স্থায়িত্ব নিশ্চিত করা যায়।
    • তবে পণ্যের স্থায়িত্ব ও স্থায়িত্বকাল সম্পূর্ণ ব্যবহারকারীর যত্ন ও ব্যবহারের উপর নির্ভর করে।
    • অযত্ন বা ভুল ব্যবহারের কারণে কোনো সমস্যা হলে আমরা দায়ী থাকবো না।

    ৮. এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতিমালা

    • যদি সাইজ সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা হয়, তাহলে পণ্য ফেরত না দিয়ে আমাদের জানান ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে।
    • নতুন সাইজ ডেলিভারির সময় পুরনো জোড়াটি কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে সংগ্রহ করা হবে।
    • শুধুমাত্র ডেলিভারি চার্জ পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

    ৯. আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট

    • ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করলে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ও পাসওয়ার্ডের নিরাপত্তার দায়িত্ব আপনার।

    • স্টোরে যাওয়ার সময় পণ্য স্টক আউট হলে আমরা দায়ী থাকবো না।

    ১২. বুকিং অপশন

    • আমরা বুকিং অপশন অনুসরণ করি না।
    • সরাসরি স্টক থেকে পণ্য ক্রয় করতে হবে।

    ১৩. অর্ডার বাতিলকরণ

    • ৩ বার পরপর অর্ডার বাতিল করলে আপনার তথ্য ব্ল্যাকলিস্টেড হবে।
    • একবার ব্ল্যাকলিস্টেড হলে আপনি আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট থেকে আর অর্ডার দিতে পারবেন না।

    ১৪. ব্র্যান্ড কপিরাইট

    • Oneshoes.BD-এর প্রদর্শিত সকল পণ্য, ওয়েবসাইটের ছবি ও তথ্য আমাদের একক স্বত্বাধিকারভুক্ত।

    ১৫. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন

    • Oneshoes.BD আমাদের শর্তাবলী ও নীতিমালা যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তন করতে পারে।
    • পরিবর্তন সংক্রান্ত নোটিশ আমাদের ফেসবুক পেজে পোস্ট করা হবে।

    • যদি পণ্যের ছবি ও বাস্তব পণ্যের মধ্যে পার্থক্য থাকে, তাহলে ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিপ্লেসমেন্টের অনুরোধ করা যাবে।
    • সাইজ সমস্যা হলে ৩ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের জানান, আমরা সঠিক সাইজ এক্সচেঞ্জ করব।
    • এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য ডেলিভারি চার্জ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।
    • পণ্য পরীক্ষা করে নেওয়ার সুযোগ রয়েছে।
    • পণ্য গ্রহণ বা পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর কোনো রিফান্ড নেই।

    ১৮. ডিল ও ভাউচার নীতিমালা

    • প্রতিটি ডিলের জন্য নির্দিষ্ট শর্তাবলী থাকবে, যা কেনার সময় জানানো হবে।
    • ভাউচার কোনো নগদ অর্থমূল্যের নয়।
    • আংশিক ব্যবহারের জন্য কোনো ক্যাশ ব্যাক বা রিফান্ড নেই।
    • ভাউচার অন্যান্য কুপন বা প্রোমোশনের সাথে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না, যদি না স্পষ্টভাবে অনুমতি দেওয়া হয়।
    • Oneshoes.BD বা এর কোনো মার্চেন্ট হারিয়ে যাওয়া বা চুরি যাওয়া ভাউচার-এর জন্য দায়ী নয়।
